摘 要:随着返乡创业逐渐成为大学毕业生就业的重要路径,如何促进返乡创业大学生的社区整合成为亟待解决的问题。本研究旨在探讨社会资本对返乡创业大学生社区融入的影响,采用二元Logistic回归分析方法,基于驻昆高校的返乡创业大学生问卷调查数据,分析结构性社会资本、关系性社会资本和范围性社会资本三个维度对社区融入的作用。研究发现,创业社交频率和朋辈数量等结构性社会资本对社区融入没有显著影响;而居民关系、亲友支持和政府支持等关系性社会资本,以及资源利用等范围性社会资本对社区融入具有显著的正向影响。基于此,提出了加强政府政策支持、增强社区互动和资源支持,以及大学生自身应积极参与社区活动、提升自身能力以及增强社会责任感的建议。As returning to one's hometown to start a business increasingly becomes a significant employment pathway for university graduates,the issue of how to facilitate their community integration has emerged as a pressing concern.This study aims to explore the impact of social capital on the community integration of uni⁃versity graduates who have returned to their hometowns to start businesses.Utilizing a binary logistic re⁃gression analysis method and drawing on survey data from university graduates in Kunming who have embarked on entrepreneurial ventures,the study examines the roles of structural social capital,relational social capi⁃tal,and cognitive social capital in community integration.The findings reveal that structural social capi⁃tal,such as the frequency of entrepreneurial social interactions and the number of peers,does not have a significant impact on community integration.In contrast,relational social capital,including resident re⁃lationships,support from family and friends,and government support,as well as cognitive social capital,such as resource utilization,exhibit a significant positive influence on community integration.Based on this,the following recommendations are proposed:to bolster governmental policy support,to enhance commu⁃nity interaction and resource provision,and for university students to actively engage in community activi⁃ties,to improve their own capabilities,and to cultivate a heightened sense of social responsibility.
