摘　　要：全面推进乡村振兴,法治是重要保障。我国出台《乡村振兴促进法》,作为全面推进乡村振兴的根本遵循,为促进“五个振兴”,带动广大乡村和村民实现共同富裕提供了必要的法治保障。但在乡村经济社会不断发展进程中,依然存在法律法规制度体系有待健全、干部群众法治意识有待增强、乡镇执法能力水平有待提高、涉农司法宣传实效有待提升、公共法律服务供给有待增加等问题,需要通过健全法律服务体系、培养法治思维、推进行政执法改革、提升乡村普法实效、加大法律服务供给等途径多管齐下解决当前全面推进乡村振兴进程中存在的各种问题,充分保障法治在乡村振兴中能够发挥促进作用。The rule of law is an important guarantee for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitaliza⁃tion.China has promulgated the“Rural Revitalization Promotion Law”as the fundamental guideline for compre⁃hensively promoting rural revitalization,providing necessary legal guarantees for promoting the“five revi⁃talizations”,driving the realization of common prosperity for the vast rural areas and villagers.However,in the continuous development process of rural economy and society,there are still problems such as the need to improve the legal and regulatory system,enhance the awareness of the rule of law among cadres and the masses,improve the level of law enforcement in townships,enhance the effectiveness of agricultural judi⁃cial propaganda,and increase the supply of public legal services.It is necessary to solve various of prob⁃lems in the current comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization through multiple channels,such as im⁃proving the legal service system,cultivating legal thinking,promoting administrative law enforcement re⁃form,improving the effectiveness of rural legal education,and increasing the supply of legal services,fully ensuring that the rule of law can play a promoting role in rural revitalization.
