摘  要:介孔二氧化硅纳米颗粒具有比表面积大且易修饰、孔径可调、较高的载药量等优点,成为目前备受瞩目的药物载体。然而,该介孔材料在生物材料领域的应用仍然存在无法进行大规模颗粒制备,以及纳米颗粒的毒性评估与预后不良反应研究不足等问题。本文主要介绍该介孔纳米材料制备方法与分类,并着重探讨其在生物材料领域的应用研究进展与不足,旨在为该介孔材料在生物材料领域中的应用研究提供参考。Mesoporous silica nanoparticles have the advantages such as large specific surface area and easy modification,adjustable pore size,high drug loading capacity,and have become a drug carrier attracting much attention.However,the application of this mesoporous material in the field of biomaterials still has many problems,such as the inability of large-scale particle preparation and the lack of toxicity assessment and prognostic adverse effects of nanoparticles.This paper mainly introduced the preparation method and classification of mesoporous nanomaterials,and focused on the progress and shortcomings of their application in the field of biomaterials,aiming to provide a reference for the application of mesoporous materials in the field of biomaterials.
