摘 要:基于徐汇区2020~2023年20个强排系统泵站的放江水质监测数据,采用箱形图分析和随机森林回归模型探究了徐汇区放江水质特征及其驱动因素。徐汇区泵站放江水质在时空分布上具有显著的变异性和不均匀性,其中肇嘉浜、长桥、梅陇等系统水质相对离散程度较高,浓度变化波动较大,桂平排水系统水质相对稳定;雨量和雨前旱天数为影响水质的关键驱动因素,同时,单位面积放江量、放江时长、放江总量、距离上次放江天数也对水质有重要影响;土地利用类型和排水体制对泵站放江水质的影响较小,地表冲刷对放江水质的影响有限,为有效控制污染物排放,建议重点关注徐汇区泵站前池与管道的蓄存污染问题。Based on the water quality monitoring data from 20 forced drainage systems in Xuhui District from 2020 to 2023,this study investigates the characteristics of the discharged water quality and its driving factors using boxplot analysis and random forest regression model.The results reveal significant spatiotemporal variability and uneven distribution of water quality across the district.Notably,the systems such as Zhaojiabang,Changqiao and Meilong exhibited relatively high degrees of dispersion and large fluctuations in concentration levels,while the Guiping drainage system demonstrated more stable conditions.Rainfall and dry days preceding rainfall as the key driving factors influence water quality.Additionally,discharge per unit area,discharge duration,total discharge volume,and the time elapsed since the last discharge were found to significantly affect water quality.The land use and drainage system had relatively minor effects,which showed that surface runoff contributed minimally to water quality variations.To effectively control pollutant discharge,it is recommended to prioritize addressing persistent pollution in the forebays and pipelines of pumping stations in the Xuhui District.
