摘  要:为研究聚乙烯醇(PEG)对混凝土中钢筋氯盐耐蚀性的影响,开展了一系列钢筋电化学试验,探究掺入不同浓度的PEG和不同浓度Cl^(-)浓度对钢筋线性极化及电化学阻抗谱等电化学行为的影响,并结合Raman测试,揭示PEG对Cl^(-)腐蚀下钢筋的缓蚀机理。结果表明,对Cl^(-)侵蚀下的钢筋,PEG具有较好阻锈作用,且PEG浓度越高,缓蚀效果越好;钢筋腐蚀反应的激发与临界氯离子浓度相关,而临界氯离子浓度与PEG的掺量呈正相关关系。根据Roman光谱分析,PEG具有强力吸附性,可自发在钢筋表面形成致密、吸附性保护膜,有效阻隔Cl^(-)侵蚀,利于钢筋钝化膜的生成,从而抑制腐蚀反应。To investigate the effect of polyvinyl alcohol(PEG)on the chloride corrosion resistance of steel bars in concrete,a series of electrochemical tests were conducted on steel bars to explore the effects of adding different concentrations of PEG and different concentrations of Cl^(-)on the linear polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of steel bars.Combined with Raman testing,the corrosion inhibition mechanism of PEG on steel bars under Cl^(-)corrosion was revealed.The results indicate that PEG has a good rust inhibition effect on steel bars under Cl^(-)erosion,and the higher the concentration of PEG,the better the corrosion inhibition effect;The excitation of steel corrosion is influenced by the critical concentration of Cl^(-).The critical chloride concentration is positively correlated with the content of PEG.According to Roman spectroscopy analysis,PEG has strong adsorption properties and can spontaneously form a dense and adsorptive protective film on the surface of steel bars,effectively blocking Cl^(-)erosion and facilitating the formation of a passive film on steel bars,thereby inhibiting corrosion reactions.
