摘  要:水电站进水口清污效率低下、流域水量利用不充分已成为制约其高效发电、提高经营生产利润的重要原因之一。目前广泛使用的回转式清污机配套皮带输送机清污方案中存在无法连续作业、人力占比大涉及人身安全、污物后续处理需二次转移等问题。为有效提升水力发电作业效率及消除作业隐患,以湖北省来凤县塘口坝后式水电站为例,创新设计了污物废渣导向破碎部分、提升部分、自动打包部分,研制了一套软硬件结合的全自动回转式除渣装置,具备远端/现地自动控制及远程监控功能,可实现污物废渣打捞、收集、破碎、提升、打包清运一体化连续作业。应用结果表明,所研制装置有效提升了发电效率,每年清污装置停机清理次数下降100%,水电站因除渣原因停机/减负荷次数下降80%,挽回电量损失220×10^(4)kW·h,增加电量收入85万元,节省人工费用4万元。The low efficiency of sewage cleaning at the inlet of hydropower stations and insufficient utilization of water in the basin have become one of the important reasons that restrict their efficient power generation and ability to improve operating and production profits.The currently widely used rotary cleaning machine with belt conveyor cleaning scheme is unable to operate continuously,has a high proportion of human labor,and poses personal safety issues.In addition,the subsequent treatment of pollutants requires secondary transfer.In order to improve the efficiency of hydroelectric power generation operations and eliminate operational hazards,taking Tangkou Bahou hydropower station in Laifeng County,Hubei Province as an example,a fully automatic rotary slag removal device combining software and hardware has been developed with innovatively designed the guided crushing section,lifting section,and automatic packaging section for sewage and waste residue,which has remote/local automatic control and remote monitoring functions and can achieve integrated continuous operation of sewage and waste salvage,collection,lifting,crushing,and packaging.The application results show that the developed device effectively improves the power generation efficiency;The annual shutdown and cleaning frequency of the cleaning equipment decreases by 100%,and the shutdown/load reduction frequency of hydropower stations due to slag removal reasons decreases by 80%.It can recover 2.2 million kilowatt hours of electricity loss,increase electricity revenue by 850000 yuan,and save labor costs by 40000 yuan every year.
