摘 要:为降低水电机组运行安全风险、提高水电站发电经济效益,以水电机组负荷调节过程中的功率波动为切入点,建立以机组发电耗水量最小、功率波动最小和避振深度最大为目标的厂内负荷分配模型。首先,引入功率波动和避振深度量化方法定义负荷调节稳定性,利用二代遗传算法求解厂内负荷分配模型;其次,探究水电站厂内负荷分配中多目标之间的平衡关系;最后,利用层次-熵值决策方法得到综合特性最优的水电站厂内负荷分配方案。结果表明,考虑机组功率波动与避振深度后,在牺牲0.723%耗水量的前提下,可有效平抑49.27%的机组平均出力波动幅度,增大11.27%的避振深度,并减少19次振动区穿越次数。研究结果对水电站的安全稳定运行具有实际指导意义。In order to reduce the operational safety risks of hydroelectric units and improve the economic benefits of hydroelectric power generation,this article takes the power fluctuations during the load regulation process of hydroelectric units as the starting point,and establishes an in-plant load dispatch model with the goals of minimizing water consumption,minimizing power fluctuations,and maximizing vibration avoidance depth.Firstly,the power fluctuation and vibration avoidance depth quantification method are introduced to define the stability of load regulation,and the second-generation genetic algorithm is used to solve the internal load dispatch model.Secondly,the balance relationship between multiple objectives in load dispatch within hydropower plants is explored.Finally,the hierarchical entropy decision-making method is used to obtain the optimal load dispatch scheme for hydropower plants with comprehensive characteristics.The results show that considering the power fluctuations and vibration avoidance depth of the unit,while sacrificing 0.723%water consumption,the average output fluctuation amplitude of the unit can be effectively suppressed by 49.27%,the vibration avoidance depth can be increased by 11.27%,and the number of vibration zone crossings can be reduced by 19 times.The research results have practical guiding significance for the safe and stable operation of hydropower stations.
