连续流动分析法测定烟用有机肥中的总氮含量

摘　　要：针对烟用有机肥中的总氮含量,建立连续流动分析法,并进行试验验证。结果表明:该方法的最高浓度6000mg/L系列标准工作溶液决定系数R^(2)=0.99992;检出限、定量限分别为0.0028mg/L、0.0092mg/L;批内、批间检变异系数均小于0.05%;回收率范围为100.02%~100.46%;与标准方法相比,总体方差相同,且测定结果无显著性差异。The continuous flow analysis method was established for the total nitrogen content in tobacco organic fertilizer,and the experiment was verified.The results show that the coefficient of determination R~2 of the maximum concentration of 6000mg/L series standard working solution is 0.99992;The limits of detection and quantification were 0.0028mg/L and 0.0092mg/L,respectively.The coefficient of variation within and between batches was less than 0.05%.The recoveries ranged from 100.02% to 100.46%.Compared with the standard method,the total variance is the same,and there is no significant difference in the measured results.
