摘 要:在条纹投射轮廓术中,尤其是采用非均匀相移时,非正弦误差难以通过常规方法有效消除。因此,本文提出从测量相位图中分离的方法。首先,采用最小二乘法,计算捕获的条纹模式的粗相位图,并进行滤波,得到平滑的相位分布;然后,估计与条纹谐波相关的系数,并通过迭代进行补偿。结果表明:该方法具有有效性和可行性。In fringe projection profilometry,especially when non-uniform phase shift is adopted,non-sinusoidal errors are difficult to be effectively eliminated by conventional methods.Therefore,a method of separation from the measurement phase diagram is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the coarse phase diagram of the captured fringe pattern is calculated by the least square method,and then the smooth phase distribution is obtained by filtering.Then,the coefficients associated with fringe harmonics are estimated and compensated by iteration.The results show that the method is effective and feasible.
