摘 要:研究目的:本文综合考虑波纹钢腹板-钢底板组合箱梁褶皱效应、剪力滞以及铁木辛柯剪切变形等因素,研究中将氯离子侵蚀视为组合箱梁翼板和腹板厚度的减小,据此推导出该类组合结构的弹性控制微分方程和边界条件,进而应用理论分析、有限元模拟和试验研究,进行氯盐环境组合箱梁腐蚀规律以及其挠度演化的研究。研究结论:(1)钢底板厚度减小对组合箱梁竖向挠度影响很大,而RC顶板厚度的影响相对较小,且波纹钢腹板厚度减小对组合箱梁竖向挠度无影响;(2)氯盐溶液浸泡,组合箱梁基本为均匀腐蚀,干湿循环频次增加,腐蚀速度加快,箱梁挠度大幅增加;(3)随着氯离子腐蚀加剧,基于组合箱梁顶底板应力测试值反演其腐蚀层厚度,进而修正组合箱梁的竖向挠度,第三侵蚀阶段其修正率达12.5%;(4)本文研究对波纹钢腹板-钢底板组合箱梁耐久性设计具有指导作用。Research purposes:This paper comprehensively considers the influence of factors such as accordion effect,shear lag effect,and Timoshenko shear deformation.In the study,chloride erosion is regarded as a reduction in the thickness of the flange and web slabs of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs and steel base slab.Based on this,the elastic control differential equation and boundary conditions of composite box girder are derived.Then,theoretical analysis,finite element simulation,and experimental research are applied to investigate the corrosion law and deflection evolution of composite box girders in chloride salt environments.Research conclusions:(1)The decrease in thickness of the steel base slab has a great impact on the vertical deflection of the composite box girder,while the influence of the thickness of the RC top slab is relatively small.However,the thickness of the corrugated steel web has no effect on vertical deflection.(2)Soaking in a chloride solution basically leads to uniform corrosion of the composite box girder,and the frequency of dry-wet cycles increases,the corrosion rate accelerates,and the deflection of the box girder significantly increases.(3)As the corrosion degree of the composite box girder intensifies,this paper inverts their corrosion thickness based on the stress of the top and bottom slabs of the box girder,and then corrects the vertical deflection of the composite box girder.In the third erosion stage,the correction rate is 12.5%.(4)This study will provide guidance for the durability design of corrugated steel web and steel bottom composite box girder.
