摘  要:研究目的:渗漏水是隧道病害中最普遍的现象,以环向施工缝渗漏水尤为突出,给隧道安全运营造成隐患。基于“外排内防”设计理念,提出一种新型施工缝防排水结构,采用理论计算、数值模拟及现场试验等手段研究新型防排水结构的排水性能和应用效果,旨在有效解决隧道衬砌环向施工缝渗漏水问题。研究结论:(1)新型防排水结构中2 m宽凹凸防排水板可等效内径101 mm排水管,即使防水板失效,也能保证围岩地下水在无压状态下排到衬砌外;(2)围岩压力、衬砌混凝土浇筑压力对防排水板排水空间的挤压影响可忽略不计;(3)新型防排水结构取消了安装质量难以保证的中埋止水带,可大幅改善施工缝周围混凝土密实度;(4)现场试验表明,采用新型防排水结构的6环施工缝,在0.3 MPa水压力作用下,无任何渗水迹象;采用传统结构的3环施工缝均出现渗水;(5)新型防排水结构现场应用效果好,可解决施工缝渗漏水问题,并在施工缝渗漏水病害防治中推广应用。Research purposes:Water leakage is the most common phenomenon in tunnel diseases,among which the leakage of water from circumferential construction joints is particularly prominent,posing a hidden danger to tunnel operation safety.A new type of waterproof and drainage structure is proposed based on the design concept of"external drainage and internal prevention".Theoretical calculations,numerical simulations,and on-site experiments were used to systematically study the drainage performance and application effects of a new waterproof and drainage structure,effectively solving the problem of water leakage in the circumferential construction joints of tunnel lining.Research conclusions:(1)The 2 m wide concave and convex waterproof and drainage board in the new waterproof and drainage structure can be equivalent to a smooth drainage pipe with an inner diameter of 101 mm,even if the waterproof board of the tunnel fails,it can also ensure that the surrounding rock groundwater is discharged out of the lining without pressure.(2)The squeezing effect of surrounding rock pressure and lining concrete pouring pressure on the drainage space of the waterproof board can be ignored.(3)The new waterproof and drainage structure has improved the concrete compactness around the construction joint due to the elimination of the mid-buried waterstop which is difficult to ensure the installation quality.(4)The field test shows that the 6-ring construction joint with the new waterproof and drainage structure has no sign of water seepage under the action of 0.3 MPa water pressure;The three rings with the traditional structure have water seepage.(5)The new waterproof and drainage structure can significantly improve the problem of construction joint leakage,and the field application effect is good,which can be popularized and applied in the prevention of tunnel construction joint leakage.
