摘　　要：在长期的革命和建设实践中,毛泽东围绕着实践中主体如何振奋精神状态、克服消极懈怠危险展开过一系列论述,形成了毛泽东关于精神主动的思想。这一思想的形成和发展,经历了三个阶段的历史演进:青年求学时代,对“心之力”的推崇,标志着这一思想已破土萌生;新民主主义革命时期,以掌握实践主动权为目标指向,系统回答什么是精神主动、为什么要精神主动,以及如何实现精神主动等问题,标志着这一思想渐趋成熟;社会主义革命和建设时期,这一思想经历了从完善到遭遇挫折的曲折发展历程。系统考察毛泽东关于精神主动思想的演进历程,重点在于明确以精神主动赢得实践主动权这一思想精华,毫不动摇坚持实事求是思想路线,为新征程上激发中国人民更为主动的精神力量、踔厉奋发实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦提供重要思想资源。Over the course of prolonged revolution and construction practices,Mao Zedong developed a series of discourses centered on how a subject can invigorate his(her)mental state and overcome the danger of passivity and complacency.This culminated in Mao Zedong’s thought on mental initiative.The formation and development of this thought underwent three stages of historical evolution:during his youth and academic pursuits,Mao Zedong’s advocacy for“the power of the mind”marked the nascent sprouting of this idea;during the New Democratic Revolution period,with the aim of mastering the practical initiative,he systematically addressed what mental initiative is,why it is necessary,and how to achieve it,marking the maturing of this thought;and during the periods of socialist revolution and construction,this thought experienced a tortuous development process from perfection to encountering setbacks.To conduct a systematic examination of the evolution of Mao Zedong’s thought on mental initiative,we should focus on elucidating the essence of the thought of winning practical initiative with mental initiative,unswervingly adhering to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts,and providing important intellectual resources to inspire the Chinese people to harness more pro active mental forces while striving diligently to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese dream.
