摘　　要：制造业服务化转型是推动制造业高质量发展的关键路径,也是提升劳动收入份额、促进共同富裕目标实现的重要方式。基于2007—2022年A股上市公司数据,实证研究了制造业服务化转型对劳动收入份额的影响效应及其作用机制。研究发现,制造业服务化转型对企业劳动收入份额具有显著的正向影响,该结论在一系列稳健性检验以及内生性处理后依然成立。机制分析表明,服务化转型对工资率的提升作用远高于对劳动生产率的提升作用,从而有效提升了劳动收入份额。进一步研究显示,工资率的提升主要是通过就业结构优化效应而非劳动力价格效应得以实现。研究结论和政策建议旨在进一步激发制造业服务化转型潜力,促进经济高质量发展。The manufacturing service transformation is a key pathway for promoting high-quality development of manufacturing industry,as well as an important approach to enhancing the share of labor income,thereby contributing to the realization of the goal of common prosperity.Based on the data from A-share listed companies between 2007 and 2022,this empirical study examines the impact of manufacturing service transformation on labor income shares and its underlying mechanisms.The findings reveal a significant positive effect of the manufacturing service transformation on labor income shares,with the results remaining robust after a series of robustness checks and addressing potential endogeneity.Mechanism analysis shows that the service transformation has a much greater effect on improving wage rates than on improving labor productivity,thus effectively increasing the share of labor income.Further analysis indicates that wage increases are primarily driven by changes in employment structure rather than labor price effects.The research conclusions and policy recommendations aim to further unlock the potential of manufacturing service transformation,and promote high-quality economic development.
