摘  要:为了评估系统范围电网的保护继电器协调性,提出一种创新策略,寻求一种基于现实模拟数据并独立于保护方法的所有保护继电器的质量计算方法。该方法主要包括2个步骤:进行各种故障模拟的系统分析,并将所有模拟的继电器的测量结果构建数据库;使用模糊集合来表示每个继电器设置的质量。为IEEE 9总线电网的调整版本确定新的保护协调方案。将所提方法与传统的设置规则进行对比,实验结果表明,所提方法能够快速、可靠地评估电力系统的保护安全性,并提高继电器的协调性。In order to evaluate the coordination of protective relays in a system-wide power grid,an innovative strategy is proposed.The strategy aims to seek a quality calculation method for all protective relays that is based on real simulation data and independent of protection methods.It mainly consists of two steps,conducting system analysis of various fault simulations and using the measured results of all simulated relays as a database i.e.,using fuzzy sets to represent the quality of each relay setting.A new protection coordination scheme is determined for the adjusted version of the IEEE 9 bus power grid.The proposed method is compared with traditional setting rules,and experimental results show that the proposed method can quickly and reliably evaluate the protection safety of power systems and improve relay coordination.
