摘 要:为了解决智能配电网因不确定因素引起的继电保护误动问题,提出基于改进万有引力算法的智能配电网继电保护整定优化方法。将最小化所有继电器的动作时间之和作为目标,创建智能配电网继电保护整定优化模型。利用万有引力搜索算法求解该模型,并引入杂交粒子群算法改进原算法,快速得到继电保护时间整定系数和启动电流2个待整定定值的最佳组合,实现智能配电网继电保护整定优化。实验结果表明:应用该方法后,所有继电器的动作总时间由39.708 s降低至32.973 s;各故障节点的继电器主备保护时间级差均大于0.3,继电器之间的相互配合较好。In order to solve the problem of relay protection maloperation caused by uncertain factors in intelligent distribution network,this study proposes an optimization method for relay protection setting of intelligent distribution network based on improved gravitational search algorithm.Minimizing the sum of action time of all relays as the objective,the relay protection setting optimization model of intelligent distribution network is created.The gravitational search algorithm is used to solve the model,the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to improve the original algorithm,and the best combination of the two settings to be set can be quickly obtained,namely,the relay protection time setting coefficient and the starting current can be obtained.It realizes the relay protection setting optimization of intelligent distribution network.The experiment results show that the total action time of all relays is reduced from 39.708 s to 32.973 s after using this method.The time difference between the main and standby protection of relays at each fault node is greater than 0.3,and the relays cooperate well with each other.
