摘 要:为了预防雷电灾害,针对观测站位置定位困难与无法确认接收雷电云闪时间的问题,提出基于自适应密度聚类的雷电声波信息融合低频定位方法。将雷电声波位置向量集作为输入,使用自适应密度聚类算法,初始化雷电声波位置向量样本,计算样本密度、最佳聚类数和聚类中心,并更新隶属度矩阵后,输出当前隶属度矩阵的最佳聚类中心,该聚类中心即为雷电声波信息融合低频定位结果。实验结果表明:所提方法在雷电声波信息融合低频定位时,聚类类簇间的分离度和类簇内的紧密度均较好,聚类雷电声波信息能力较强;可有效定位雷电袭击位置,最大误差仅为303 m,应用效果较好。For the purpose of preventing lightning disasters,a low-frequency location method based on adaptive density clustering for lightning acoustic wave information fusion is proposed to address the location of observation stations and the inability to confirm the time of receiving lightning cloud flashes.This method takes the lightning acoustic wave location vector set as input,uses an adaptive density clustering algorithm,initializes the lightning acoustic wave location vector sample,the sample density,the optimal cluster number and cluster center,and updates the membership matrix.After that,the optimal cluster center of the current membership matrix is output,which is the low-frequency location result of lightning acoustic wave information fusion.The experimental results show that the proposed method has better separation between clusters and compactness within clusters and a stronger ability to cluster lightning acoustic wave information when it is used for low-frequency location of lightning acoustic wave information fusion.It can effectively locate the lightning attack location,with a maximum error of only 303 m,and has a better application effect.
