摘  要:在配电系统规划中,存在完善性不强的问题,设计一种基于小波分解-暂态信号的配电系统网格化统筹规划算法。基于遗传算法构建网格划分模型,在模型构建中,将第一个目标函数定为降低馈线跨越供电网格的实际数量,将第二个目标函数定为使电网联络线处于同一个供电网格中,将第三个目标函数定为尽量使线路配变器处于同一个供电网格中。设计约束条件,并根据网格划分结果实施供电网格划分。对网格化分区的暂态信号数据实施小波分解,根据暂态信号数据与负荷密度调查结果,实施负荷预测。在满足各区块负荷中心与城市街道走向的约束下,设计一种最短路径规划算法,寻找各区块的主要供电干线与区块间与主干线相联络的最短路径,完成网格化统筹规划。统筹规划测试结果表明,该配电系统不存在匹对线段与主供线段交叉的问题,网格化统筹规划效果较佳。In the planning of distribution systems,there is a problem of weak completeness.A grid overall planning algorithm for power distribution system based on wavelet decomposition transient signal is designed.Based on genetic algorithm,a grid partitioning model is constructed.In the model construction,the first objective function is set to reduce the actual number of feeder lines crossing the power grid,the second objective function is set to make the grid interconnection lines in the same power grid,and the third objective function is set to make the line transformers as much as possible in the same power grid.The constraint conditions are designed and the power supply grid is divided according to the result of grid division.Perform wavelet decomposition on the transient signal data of grid partitioning,and implement load forecasting based on the transient signal data and load density survey results.A shortest path planning algorithm that meets the constraints of load centers in each block and the direction of urban streets is designed,to find the shortest path connecting the main power supply lines of each block and the main lines between blocks,and complete grid overall planning.The results of the overall planning test show that there is no problem of matching line segments crossing the main supply line segment in this distribution system,and the grid overall planning has a better effect.
