摘 要:以电力系统产生故障或异常时快速、准确地开展继电保护措施为目标,提出基于时间序列的线路继电保护定值失配点自动化推移算法。利用时间序列组建线路继电保护模型,对线路内的潮流、电压等相关数据组建矩阵,求解矩阵特征值,初步确定继电保护装置位置,并通过线路内的电阻进一步明确该位置;通过线路继电保护装置定值的选择性和灵敏性辨别保护定值是否适用,分为保护一段定值与保护二段、三段定值,若不适用通过自身灵敏度约束对其进行优化;获取简单、复杂循环死回路的失配点,得出线路继电保护定值失配点全部死循环回路,运用整定计算将其从重要线路自动化推移到非重要的线路,实现失配点推移。实验结果表明,该算法可以准确地达到线路继电保护定值失配点自动化推移的目的,使重要线路上的保护定值可以完美互相配合,保障整体电网的安全性。Aiming to carry out relay protection measures quickly and accurately when the power system is faulty or abnormal,a automatic transition algorithm of line relay protection setting value mismatch point based on time series is proposed.This paper uses time series to build a line relay protection model,builds a matrix for relevant data such as power flow,voltage,etc.in the line,solves the eigenvalues of the matrix,preliminarily determines the position of the relay protection device,and further clarifies the position through the resistance in the line.The selectivity and sensitivity of the setting value of the line relay protection device identify whether the protection setting value is suitable or not.It is divided into the first-stage protection setting value and the second-stage and third-stage protection setting value.If it is not applicable,it is optimized by its own sensitivity constraint.The mismatch points of the easy and complex dead loop is obtained to get all the dead loops of the line relay protection setting value mismatch point,and use the setting calculation to automatically move it from the important line to the non-important line to realize the mismatch point transition.Experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately achieve the purpose of automatic transition of the line relay protection setting value mismatch point,so that the protection setting value on important lines can be perfectly matched with each other to ensure the safety of the overall power grid.
