摘 要:针对火电站锅炉设备输出蒸汽温度据测量误差大、无法精确调控等问题,利用可编程控制器(PLC)技术,并基于高级精简指令集机器(ARM)嵌入式系统,设计出可实时监测并带有智能调控功能的PLC系统。使用ARM920T系列芯片,计算多组传感器采集到的数据之间的信任度,并将数据进行融合。基于动态矩阵控制算法构建预测模型,实现温度智能控制。通过遗传算法不断优化系统使数据更贴合实际。在实验中,样本数据标准差比传统方法降低了7.33个百分点,提高了系统的可靠性;在温控方面,采用基于动态矩阵算法的预测模型,比传统系统精确了25℃左右,具有较好的控制能力。Aimed at the problems such as large error in the measurement of output steam temperature of boiler equipment in thermal power station and inability to accurately control,a control system with real-time monitoring and intelligent function is designed by using programmable logic controller(PLC)and advanced RISC machines(ARM)embedded system.An ARM920T series chip is used to calculate the trust degree between the data collected by multiple groups of sensors,and the data are fused.A prediction model is constructed based on dynamic matrix control algorithm to realize intelligent temperature control.The genetic algorithm is used to continuously optimize the system to make the data more realistic.In the experiment,the standard deviation of sample data is reduced by 7.33 percentage points compared with the traditional method,which improves the reliability of the system.In the aspect of temperature control,the prediction model based on dynamic matrix algorithm is about 25℃,which is more accurate than the traditional system,and has better control ability.
