摘　　要：目的:探究分阶段延续性护理联合疼痛干预对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者负性情绪及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月濮阳市安阳地区医院收治的100例AS患者作为研究对象,按护理计划分为对照组(n=50,常规护理干预)和观察组(n=50,分阶段延续性护理联合疼痛干预)。比较两组患者干预前后的关节功能、负性情绪、疼痛程度以及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组患者关节功能情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.680、7.232、7.466,P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.542、15.062,P<0.05);观察组患者VAS、ASQoL评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.663、14.698,P<0.05)。结论:分阶段延续性护理联合疼痛干预应用于AS患者中,能显著提升患者的关节功能,有效改善患者的负性情绪及疼痛程度,同时还能明显提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of staged continuity of care combined with pain intervention on negative emotions and pain level of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)patients.Methods:100 cases of AS patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and divided into two groups according to the care plan.Control group(n=50)implemented conventional nursing intervention,and observation group(n=50)implemented staged continuity of care combined with pain intervention.Joint function,negative emotion,pain level,and quality of life of AS patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the joint function of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.680,7.232,7.466;P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.542,15.062;P<0.05).VAS and ASQoL scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.663,14.698;P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged continuity of care combined with pain intervention in patients with AS can significantly improve the joint function of patients,the negative emotions and pain level of patients,and the quality of life of patients.
