知识产权保护能否提高企业创新活力?——基于管理层短视与知识溢出视角

摘　　要：近年来,随着国家对科技创新的重视,如何通过制度保障提高企业创新活力成为重要的研究议题。基于2012年-2022年沪深A股上市企业数据系统考察了知识产权保护对企业创新活力的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明,知识产权保护显著提高了企业创新活力;机制检验发现,知识产权保护通过抑制管理层短视行为、促进知识溢出来提高企业创新活力;调节效应发现,市场公平竞争程度越高,知识产权保护对企业创新活力的提升作用越显著;异质性分析发现,知识产权保护对非国有企业和非东部地区企业创新活力的提升作用更为明显。为了更好地激发企业创新活力,政府可以通过强化知识产权保护体系,拓展知识溢出渠道,以及实施差异化扶持政策等措施,提高企业创新活力,提升内部管理效能,实现可持续发展。In recent years,with the state's emphasis on scientific and technological innovation,how to improve corporate innovation vitality through institutional guarantee has become an important research topic.Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022,this paper systematically examines the impact of intellectual property protection on enterprise innovation vitality and its role mechanism.The results show that IPR protection significantly enhances the innovation vitality of enterprises;the mechanism test finds that IPR protection enhances the innovation vitality of enterprises by suppressing the short-sighted behavior of management and promoting the knowledge spillover;the moderating effect finds that the higher the degree of fair competition in the market is,the more significant the enhancement of corporate innovation vitality is by IPR protection;and the heterogeneity analysis finds that the enhancement effect of intellectual property protection on the innovation vigor of non-state-owned enterprises and enterprises in non-eastern regions is more obvious.In order to better stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises,the government can strengthen the intellectual property protection system,expand the knowledge spillover channels,and implement differentiated support policies and other measures to improve the innovation vitality of enterprises,enhance the effectiveness of internal management,and achieve sustainable development.
