摘　　要：新工科建设和工程教育专业认证是近年来高等教育领域的重要发展方向,文章针对地方高校如何对传统工科专业进行升级改造,贯彻“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”理念,培养高素质应用型工程技术人才这一主要问题,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为目标,通过完善人才培养方案、课程建设、师资队伍建设以及实施本科生导师制,促进思政教育与专业教育融合、专创融合、赛教融合、科教融合、产教融合,构建了“一主线、四驱动、五融合”应用型人才培养模式。New engineering construction and engineering education professional certification are important development directions for higher education in recent years,while for the local universities,the upgrade of the traditional engineering majors,the implementation of"student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement",and the cultivation of high-quality applicationoriented engineering talents are the main problems.In order to cultivate the students'innovative spirit and practical ability,the personnel training program improving,curriculum construction,teaching staff construction and undergraduate tutorial system were carried out,then the integration of ideological and political education and professional education,the integration of professional education and specialized innovation education,the integration of the discipline competition and teaching,the integration scientific research and teaching,and the integration of industry with education were promoted,thus the"one main line,four drivers,five integration"application-oriented talent training model was developed.
