石油化工企业含油污水处理工艺方法研究

摘　　要：随着石油化工行业迅速发展,废水中含有的特殊污染物种类和浓度不断增加。然而,现有处理工艺对某些特殊污染物的处理能力有限,难以达到排放标准。为此,文章研究石油化工企业含油污水的处理工艺方法,通过物化预处理技术对含油污水进行初步净化;采用污水浮选技术进一步分离油水混合物,提高水质;经过深化排放处理,确保处理后的污水达到环保标准或再利用要求。实验表明,设计的石油化工企业含油污水处理工艺通过预处理、油脂乳化、污水浮选及深化处理,显著降低了COD、SS及油类污染物浓度,确保出水水质远低于环保标准,可为同类企业提供有效的污水处理参考方案。With the rapid development of petrochemical industry,the types and concentrations of special pollutants contained in wastewater are increasing.However,the existing treatment process has limited treatment capacity for some special pollutants,and it is difficult to meet the discharge standards.Therefore,the treatment process of oily sewage in petrochemical enterprises is studied,and the oily sewage is preliminarily purified by physicochemical pretreatment technology.Using sewage flotation technology to further separate oil-water mixture and improve water quality.After deepening the discharge treatment,ensure that the treated sewage meets the environmental protection standards or reuse requirements.Experiments show that the designed oily wastewater treatment process in petrochemical enterprises can significantly reduce the concentrations of COD,SS and oil pollutants through pretreatment,oil emulsification,wastewater flotation and further treatment,and ensure that the effluent quality is far below the environmental protection standard,which can provide an effective reference scheme for similar enterprises.
