摘　　要：焦化厂循环氨水管道腐蚀泄漏、氨水阀门关不严对生产和环保造成极大威胁,通过合理组织对整趟循环氨水管道及阀门全部在线进行了更换。文章具体介绍了更换循环氨水管道的方案、步骤以及各类技术方法、措施等,为同行业不停产更换循环氨水管道提供了借鉴。This paper introduces the corrosion and leakage of the circulating ammonia water pipeline and the inadequate closure of the ammonia water valve in the coking plant,as well as the great threat to production and environmental protection.Through reasonable organization,the all circulating ammonia water pipeline and valve were replaced online.This article provides a specific introduction to the plan,steps,various technical methods,and measures for replacing the circulating ammonia water pipeline,providing reference for the same industry to replace the circulating ammonia water pipeline without stopping production.
