摘  要:Horizone聚丙烯工艺装置反应器旋风分离器的堵塞会造成装置停止,对安全运行、经济效益、节能环保等造成很大影响。文章对堵塞物的组成和工艺操作环境的变化进行分析,得到堵塞的原因和形成因素。结果表明,因操作工艺环境温度波动导致反应器内气体流速发生变化,从而导致旋风分离器中积存大量聚合物而结焦。在此基础上,阐述了相应的操作方法,以防止旋风分离器的堵塞,减少装置的停工次数,实现装置的安稳长满优运行。The blockage of cyclone separator in the reactor of Horizone polypropylene process unit has caused the unit to stop,which has a great impact on safe operation,economic benefits,energy saving and environmental protection.The causes and forming factors of blockage are obtained by analyzing the composition of blockage and the change of process operating environment.The results show that due to the fluctuation of the operating process ambient temperature,the gas flow rate in the reactor changes,resulting in a large amount of polymer accumulated in the cyclone separator and coking.On this basis,the corresponding operation methods are given to prevent the blockage of the cyclone separator,reduce the number of shutdowns of the device,and realize the safe,stable,full and optimal operation of the device.
