摘  要:渤海通航区油气田储量巨大,为确保油气田开发设施对原有通航无影响,能够长期安全生产作业,采用“泥面下水下生产系统+依托平台”的开发模式,即将整个水下生产系统放置在泥面以下,使用大直径水下生产防护结构对内部生产设施进行防护,同时规避船舶抛锚及落物的风险。文章介绍了中国海油首个采用泥面下开发模式的示范项目锦州25-1西1井区开发项目组块的建造及装船工艺开发。该工艺的开发及实施将对海洋石油工程股份有限公司积累水下生产防护结构施工经验、提升建造质量、规范建造流程,对类似项目在渤海区域的推广实施具有重要参考意义。There are huge oil and gas reserves in the navigation area of Bohai Sea.In order to ensure that the facilities of oil and gas fields have no impact and produce safely for a long time,the mode of“subsea production system under the mud line+platform”is adopted,that is,the entire subsea production system is placed under the mud line,and the large-diameter subsea production protection structure is used to protect the internal facilities.At the same time avoid the risk of anchoring and falling objects.This paper introduces the construction and shipment technology for the protection structure of the development project of Wellblock W-1 in Jinzhou 25-1 Oilfield,the first demonstration project of using the mud line development mode.The development and implementation of this technology will help Offshore Oil Engineering Co.,Ltd.accumulate experience in subsea protection structure construction,improve construction quality,standardize construction process,and have important reference significance for the promotion and implementation of similar projects in the Bohai Sea region.
