摘  要:随着科技的发展,硅橡胶在电子、航空和医疗等领域的应用越来越广泛。然而,硅橡胶的导热性能较低,限制了其在高导热需求场合的应用。碳纳米管常被用作填充料与硅橡胶制成复合材料以达到良好的导热性能。因此,文章提出了一种新型的碳纳米管结构即分子结,并对它的制备与相关性能开展了一定研究,其具有良好的组织结构性,可以尝试解决导热橡胶中填料不易分散的问题,从而改善橡胶复合材料的导热性。分子结连接的碳纳米管与硅橡胶的结合将对导热橡胶的进一步研究与利用提供重要借鉴。With the advancement of technology,silicone rubber is being used more and more widely in fields such as electronics,aviation and medicine.However,the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber is relatively low,limiting its application in high thermal conductivity demand scenarios.Carbon nanotubes are often used as fllers to make composite materials with silicone rubber to achieve good thermal conductivity.Therefore,this paper proposes a new type of carbon nanotube structure,namely junctions,and conducts certain research on its preparation and related properties.It has good organizational structure and can try to solve the problem of difficult dispersion of fillers in thermal conductive rubber,thereby improving the thermal conductivity of rubber composite materials.The combination of carbon nanotubes connected by junctions and silicone rubber will provide important references for further research and utilization of thermal conductive rubber.
