摘  要:文章探讨了一种创新的发酵产物提取与加工技术,重点介绍了利用甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)作为高效萃取剂,与发酵滤液进行精细反应的过程。此方法显著提升了目标产物的提取效率,同时减少了伴随的副反应。关键步骤在于采用冻干工艺进行后续的干燥结晶,此工艺不仅有效避免了传统干燥方法中常见的物料热降解问题,而且极大程度上节约了能源消耗。实验结果显示,通过MTBE萃取结合冻干处理,冻干粉碎收率比提高了1.08%,酒石酸泰乐菌素A组分减少损失率0.4%。此研究成果为生物制品的高效、可持续生产提供了新策略,具有重要的工业应用价值和环保意义。This paper discusses an innovative fermentation product extraction and processing technique,focusing on the process of fine reaction using methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)as an efficient extractant with the fermentation filtrate.This method significantly improves the extraction efficiency of the target product while reducing the accompanying side reactions.The key step is to use freeze-drying process for subsequent drying and crystallization,which not only effectively avoids the thermal degradation problems common in traditional drying methods,but also greatly saves energy consumption.The experimental results showed that through MTBE extraction combined with freeze-drying treatment,the yield ratio of freeze-drying powder was increased by 1.08%,and the loss rate of tylosin A component of tartrate was reduced by 0.4%.The research results provide a new strategy for the efficient and sustainable production of biological products,which has important industrial application value and environmental significance.
