摘 要:随着石油化工企业的发展,管道介质多样化、设备智能化使地上和地下管线敷设越来越繁杂,各种管线的布置与用地之间的矛盾凸显,科学合理的管线综合设计变得尤为重要。文章汲取市政管网、钢厂以及炼化企业的管线综合设计经验,提炼出适应油气站场的管线综合设计思路,结合工程设计实践经验,着重对管线综合设计过程要点进行梳理、分析,并提出管线综合设计方面的一些建议。With the development of petrochemical enterprises,the diversification of pipeline media and intelligent equipment make the aboveground and underground pipeline laying more and more complex,the contradiction between the layout of various pipelines and land use is more and more prominent,and the scientific and reasonable comprehensive design of pipelines becomes particularly important.This paper absorbs the comprehensive pipeline design experience of municipal pipe network,steel mills and refining enterprises,extracts the comprehensive pipeline design ideas adapted to the oil and gas station,combines with the practical experience of engineering design,focuses on the key points of the comprehensive pipeline design process,and puts forward some suggestions on the comprehensive pipeline design.
