摘  要:针对油气管道焊缝缺陷问题,对目前几种管道焊缝缺陷电磁检测技术进行深入分析,指出了管道焊缝缺陷类型与失效原因。对于各种电磁无损检测方式的基本原理,结构,特点及其局限性进行归纳总结,介绍了涡流,电磁超声,漏磁和磁扰动等技术的国内外研究进展。最后,对管道焊缝缺陷检测技术的发展前景进行了展望。Aiming at the problem of weld defects in oil and gas pipelines,several electromagnetic detection technologies of pipeline weld defects were analyzed deeply,defect types and failure reasons were pointed out.The basic principle,structure,characteristics and some limitations of various electromagnetic nondestructive testing methods were summarized.The research progress of eddy current,electromagnetic ultrasound,magnetic leakage and magnetic disturbance at home and abroad was introduced.Finally,the development prospect of pipeline weld defect detection technology was summarized.
