摘  要:减压阀作为车载供氢系统的关键组成部分,其主要作用是将储氢气瓶中的高压氢气减压至燃料电池反应堆的正常工作压力,减压阀的性能优劣关系到氢燃料电池汽车的正常运转。在明确了燃料电池供氢系统组成和减压阀功能的基础上,介绍了几种集成化的减压阀,并综述了减压阀的数值模拟、材料、相关标准和性能检测。As a key component of the on-board hydrogen supply system,the main function of the pressure reducing valve is to depressurize the high pressure hydrogen in the hydrogen storage cylinder to the normal working pressure of the fuel cell reactor,and the performance of the pressure reducing valve is related to the normal operation of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.Based on the composition of the fuel cell hydrogen supplying system and the function of the pressure reducing valve,several integrated pressure reducing valves were introduced,including the review of the numerical simulation,materials,related standards and performance testing of the pressure reducing valves.
