摘  要:天然气在生产运输环节中存在过剩的压力能,同时在节流后会产生大量的冷能,不仅浪费能源,还会对安全输送造成影响。着眼于目前天然气膨胀压差发电领域,此过程的压力能与冷能回收利用形成了多种工艺技术,结合实际进行总结与整理,并进行膨胀机比选与适用性分析。Natural gas has residual pressure energy in the production and transportation process,and meanwhile,a large amount of cold energy will be generated after throttling operation,which wastes energy and influences safe transportation.In this paper,aiming at the power generation based on natural gas expansion pressure difference,the various process technologies for recovery and utilization of both pressure energy and cold energy were summarized and the expander comparison and selection and applicability analysis related were implemented.
