摘  要:设计了3种新型卧式单轴捏合反应器,通过三维有限元数值模拟和粒子示踪技术研究3种捏合反应器的流速空间分布、分散混合性能、分布混合过程和混合效率。结果表明,当捏合元件的横杆层数增加时,高流速和低流速区域交互出现,高流速区域和高剪切区域均增大,动态捏合元件和静态捏合元件之间的捏合作用增强,可以强化分布混合性能、分散混合性能和自清洁性能,分离尺度和粒子簇分布指数均呈现减小的趋势,拉伸率和时均混合效率均呈现增大的趋势。Three new horizontal self-cleaning single-shaft kneaders were designed and their spatial velocity distribution of the flow velocity,disperse mixing ability,distributive mixing process and mixing efficiency were investigated through making use of the finite element method(FEM)and the particle tracking technique.Results show that,when number of the horizontal bar of dynamic and static kneading bar increases,the high flow velocity area and low flow velocity area interactively appears;and the increase of high flow velocity area and the high shear area can enhance the kneading effect between the dynamic kneading element and the static kneading element and strengthen the distribution mixing performance,dispersion mixing performance and self-cleaning performance.The separation scale and particle cluster distribution index show a decreasing trend and both stretching rate and time-averaged mixing efficiency show an increasing trend.
