圆管入口内置涡发生器传热与流动性能研究

摘　　要：为了提高换热管换热效率,在换热管入口绝热段处设置一个直三角翼型涡发生器并进行三维数值模拟。通过努塞尔数Nu、阻力系数f和综合性能评价指标(PEC值)分析传热特性、流动特性和综合换热性能,确定其最优结构参数。结果表明:流体在流经涡发生器后产生了沿轴线方向的旋流,流体径向速度增大,使温度场分布更为均匀,对流换热效果得到改善;相对于底宽a和攻角α,环肋数n对努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f的影响更为显著,最高时高于光滑管的40.6%和130.8%;环肋数n=2、底宽a=13 mm、攻角α=35°时的综合换热性能最优,PEC值可达1.061~1.109。For purpose of improving heat transfer efficiency of the heat transfer tubes,setting a right-triangle airfoil vortex generator at the adiabatic section of the heat exchange tube’s inlet and then simulating it three-dimensionally were implemented,including having the heat transfer characteristics,flow characteristics and comprehensive heat transfer performance analyzed by Nusselt number Nu,resistance coefficient f and comprehensive evaluation index PEC to determine the optimal structure parameters.The results show that,after the fluid flows through the vortex generator,the swirling flow along the axis direction occurs,the radial velocity of the fluid increases,the temperature field distribution becomes more uniform and the convective heat transfer effect is improved.As compared to the base width a and angle of attackα,the influence of ring rib number n on Nusselt number Nu and drag coefficient f becomes more significant,and the highest value is 40.6% and 130.8%higher than that of the smooth tube.When the number of ring ribs is n=2,the base width is a=13 mm and the angle of attack is α=35°,the comprehensive heat transfer performance is optimal and the PEC value can reach 1.061 to 1.109.
