摘  要:为提高板式换热器的强化换热能力,建立换热器入口扰流装置的模型,通过数值方法研究扰流装置的流动特性,进而评价其换热强化效果。首先建立了入口扰流装置的几何模型,接着采用大涡模拟的数值求解策略,求解了流道中不同入流雷诺数下的流场与温度场,分析了流场中不同位置的换热是否得到强化的具体情况及其内在原因;最后对不同工况下入口扰流装置的强化换热效果进行定量评价,发现该装置的应用对换热能力有较大幅度的提高。With a view to improving the enhanced heat transfer ability of plate heat exchangers,the model of its inlet turbulence device was established,including making use of the numerical method to study flow characteristics of the turbulence device and evaluate the enhanced heat transfer effect.In which,having the geometric model of the inlet turbulence device established,and the numerical solution strategy of large eddy simulation used to solve both flow field and temperature field under different inlet Reynolds number in the flow channel,and having the specific conditions and internal reasons of whether the heat transfer had been strengthened at different positions in the flow field analyzed.Finally,having the heat transfer effect of the inlet turbulence device under different working conditions quantitatively evaluated to find that the application of the device can improve heat transfer capacity greatly.
