摘  要:在丙烯腈自由基聚合工艺流程中,丙烯腈聚合釜对聚丙烯腈的品质具有重要影响,以通用丙烯腈工艺流程为基础,优化聚合反应模型,比较了单釜聚合和多釜串联聚合的性能差异。利用Aspen化工分析软件,结合实际的工程数据,分析了不同工艺流程下的影响因素。结果表明,多釜串联聚合能够有效提高聚丙烯腈的品质和产量。In the acrylonitrile radical polymerization process,the acrylonitrile polymerization reactor influences the quality of polyacrylonitrile products.In this paper,having the general acrylonitrile process based to optimize the polymerization reaction model was implemented,including comparing the performance differences between the commonly-used single reactor polymerization and the advanced muti-reactor in series polymerization.In addition,making use of Aspen chemical analysis software and engineering data to analyze the influencing factors under different processes was carried out to show that,multi-reactor in series polymerization can effectively improve both quality and yield of the polyacrylonitrile.
