摘 要:针对氢燃料电池车用空压机运行时圆柱静压气体轴承需额外供气源的问题,设计一种椭圆微孔气体轴承,利用空压机出口气体作为轴承气源,实现自供气以降低空压机系统复杂度。提出一种适用于椭圆气体轴承气膜的动态网格更新方法,利用Fluent软件研究了椭圆结构对动压效应的影响;计算了自供气条件下使用椭圆轴承时轴颈的运行平衡位置以及平衡位置附近的气膜动态特性。结果表明:在100 000 r/min转速下,当轴颈在y轴负方向有0.1的偏心率时,使用椭圆轴承后动压效应增强,气膜压力最大值与供气压力相比提高了32.2%;自供气条件下使用椭圆轴承时气膜具有足够的承载力和优异的动态特性,能够替代圆柱静压轴承为车载空压机转子提供支承。Considering the additional gas supply required by cylindrical static pressure gas bearings while the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle air compressors operate,an elliptical microporous gas bearing was designed,which took outlet gas of the air compressor as the bearing gas source to achieve gas self-supply and reduce complexity of the air compressor system.In addition,a dynamic mesh updating method suitable for the gas film of elliptical gas bearings was proposed and the Fluent fluid simulation was adopted to investigate the influence of elliptical structures on dynamic pressure effects,including having the journal’s operating equilibrium position and the gas film’s dynamic characteristics near the equilibrium position calculated when operating the elliptical bearing under the condition of gas self-supply.The research results show that,at a speed of 100000 r/min,when the journal has an eccentricity of 0.1 in the y-negative direction and the elliptical bearing is used,the dynamic pressure effect is enhanced,and the maximum gas film pressure can be increased by 32.2%compared to the gas supply pressure;when using elliptical bearings under gas selfsupply conditions,both sufficient bearing capacity and excellent dynamic characteristics of the gas film can make it replace the cylindrical static pressure bearings to provide support for the rotor of the on-board air compressor.
