摘 要:针对光纤通信项目硬件施工中的技术挑战,文章系统研究了新型施工工具的应用效果,通过实验对比分析了智能熔接机、高精度光时域反射仪、自动光缆牵引机等先进施工工具的性能指标。实验数据显示,新型工具的应用使光纤熔接损耗降低40%,接头合格率提升至99.5%,施工效率提高35%。在光缆敷设过程中,自动光缆牵引机将传统人工施工效率提升3倍,同时降低了光缆损伤率。研究结果表明,先进施工工具的规范化应用对提升光纤通信工程施工质量具有重要价值。Aiming at the technical challenges in hardware construction of optical fiber communication projects,this study systematically investigated the application effects of new construction tools.Through experimental comparative analysis,the performance indicators of advanced construction tools such as intelligent fusion splicers,high-precision optical time domain reflectometers,and automatic cable pulling machines were evaluated.Experimental data showed that the application of new tools reduced optical fiber fusion loss by 40%,improved joint qualification rate to 99.5%,and increased construction efficiency by 35%.In the process of optical cable laying,automatic cable pulling machines improved traditional manual construction efficiency by 3 times while reducing cable damage rate.The research results indicate that the standardized application of advanced construction tools has significant value in improving the construction quality of optical fiber communication engineering.
