县域农业新质生产力的涌现机制:理论体系、驱动路径与适配组态

摘　　要：农业是立国之基、强国之本。农业新质生产力的培育能够为农业从“为增长而增长”转向“为质量而转型”的高质量发展提供新动能。本文首先构建了以乡村数字化、农业科技创新、乡村绿色发展为前因要素,农业全产业链优化为表现形式的县域农业新质生产力涌现理论体系;其次以农业农村部公布的63个全国农业全产业链典型县为样本,使用多元回归分析探讨县域农业新质生产力涌现的驱动路径;最后基于QCA方法解析了样本县域农业新质生产力涌现的适配组态。分析结果显示:乡村数字化能驱动县域农业新质生产力的涌现,农业科技创新在乡村数字化驱动县域农业新质生产力涌现中存在渠道效应,农业绿色生产在乡村产业运营数字化驱动县域农业新质生产力涌现中存在正向调节效应,环境规制在农业科技创新投入驱动县域农业新质生产力涌现中存在正向调节效应;而乡村数字化、农业科技创新和乡村绿色发展在驱动县域农业新质生产力涌现的进程中缺一不可,有四种有效催生县域农业新质生产力涌现的适配组态,即产业增速型、要素提质型、全面优化型、科技助推型。Agriculture is the foundation of a country and the cornerstone of a strong country.The cultivation of agricultural new quality productive forces can provide new impetus for the high-quality development of agricul⁃ture,shifting from"growth for growth"to"transformation for quality".Firstly,this paper constructs a theoretical system for county-level agricultural new quality productive forces emergence,with rural digitization,agricultural scientific and technological innovation,and rural green development as antecedent factors,and agricultural entire industry chain optimization as manifestation.Secondly,taking the 63 agricultural entire industry chain typical county-level regions announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs as samples,this paper uses multi⁃ple regression analysis to explore the driving path of county-level agricultural new quality productive forces emer⁃gence.Finally,the adaptive configuration of the emergence of agricultural new quality productivity in the sample counties is analyzed based on the QCA method.The results show that rural digitization can drive county-level agri⁃cultural new quality productive forces emergence.There is a channel effect of agricultural scientific and technolog⁃ical innovation in rural digitization driving county-level agricultural new quality productive forces emergence.Ag⁃ricultural green production has a positive regulatory effect in rural industrial operation digitization driving countylevel agricultural new quality productive forces emergence.Environmental regulation has a positive regulatory ef⁃fect in agricultural scientific and technological innovation input driving county-level agricultural new quality pro⁃ductive forces emergence.Rural digitization,agricultural scientific and technological innovation,and rural green development are indispensable in driving county-level agricultural new quality productive forces emergence.There are four adaptive configurations that can effectively promote county-level agricultural new quality produc�
