摘 要:现有的煤矿钢丝绳检修平台测控系统多采用单线程工作模式,硬件冗余,控制效率低,并且无法同时对多个平台进行控制。通过数字通道替换模拟通道对测控系统进行柔性化改造,设计了煤矿钢丝绳检修平台自动折叠装置柔性测控系统。该系统使用信捷PLC为控制核心,引入电涡流传感器和压力传感器,利用XC系列编程工具编写PLC控制程序,并在TouchWin编辑工具中对信捷触摸屏进行人机交互界面设计,通过控制柜对装置进行控制。实现了单一控制柜对多组折叠装置的柔性控制,并且能够对平台和液压系统进行实时监控。该系统可长期稳定工作,解决了人工搭建井口验绳平台效率低、危险性高等问题,有效地提高了工作效率和安全性,同时柔性化的设计避免了控制柜冗余。The existing measurement and control system of coal mine wire rope maintenance platform mostly adopts single-threaded working mode,hardware redundancy,low control efficiency,and cannot control multiple platforms at the same time.The flexible transformation of the measurement and control system was upgraded by replacing the analog channel with the digital channel,and the flexible measurement and control system of the automatic folding device of the coal mine wire rope maintenance platform was designed.The system uses Xinjie PLC as the control core,introduces eddy current sensors and pressure sensors,uses XC series programming tools to write PLC control programs,and designs the human-computer interaction interface of Xinjie touch screen in the TouchWin editing tool,and controls the device through the control cabinet.The system realizes the flexible control of a single control cabinet to multiple groups of folding devices,and can monitor the platform and hydraulic system in real time,the system can work stably for a long time,solves the problems of low efficiency and high danger of manually building a wellhead rope inspection platform,effectively improves work efficiency and safety,and avoids the redundancy of the control cabinet with flexible design.
