摘  要:针对实际地铁隧道盾构施工时隧道上方土层大多是不均匀的问题,以合肥地铁S1线某盾构区间为背景,利用MIDAS/GTS软件建立双线隧道盾构施工模型,研究了在不均匀地层下,双线隧道施工对地表沉降的影响,并分别讨论了不同施工参数对其产生的影响。研究结果表明:隧道左线开挖时,地表沉降最大值位置位于左线隧道正上方,右线跟进后,地表沉降最大值位置逐渐向曲线隧道外侧移动;盾构施工时在一定范围内增大土仓压力能减小地表沉降,但当土仓压力增加到一定程度时,地表最大沉降值随递增的土仓压力而减小的幅度也在逐渐减小;在0.10~0.30 MPa区间内,注浆压力与千斤顶推力对地表沉降值影响不大,其对地表沉降影响敏感度比较低。该研究成果可以优化施工参数的设置和监测点的布设,对类似工程的施工提供参考。Aiming at the problem of uneven soil layer above the tunnel during the shield construction of actual subway tunnels,based on a shield interval of Hefei subway line S1,a double-line tunnel shield construction model is established by using MIDAS/GTS software,and the effect of double-line tunnel construction on the surface settlement under uneven strata is investigated,and the effects of different construction parameters are discussed separately.The results of the study show that when the left line of the tunnel is excavated,the location of the maximum surface settlement is located directly above the left tunnel,and after the right line is followed up,the location of the maximum surface settlement gradually moves to the outside of the curved tunnel.Increasing the silo pressure to a certain extent during shield construction can reduce the surface settlement,but when the silo pressure is increased to a certain level,the reduction of the maximum surface settlement value with the increasing silo pressure also decreases gradually.Within the rangel of 0.10~0.30 MPa,the grouting pressure and jack thrust have little influence on the surface settlement value,and their sensitivity to the influence of surface settlement is relatively low.The research results can optimize the setting of construction parameters and the deployment of monitoring points,and provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.
