某水库溢流坝段墩墙加固工程结构应力分析

摘  要:基于通用有限元软件ABAQUS,针对某水库墩墙加固工程,分析采用先粘钢板再张拉预应力锚索以及先张拉预应力锚索后粘钢板两种不同施工方法对墩墙混凝土应力分布的影响,并就预应力锚索对墩墙施加预应力的效果进行了分析。结果显示,先粘钢板的墩墙应力略小于后粘钢板的墩墙应力,两种工序下墩墙应力最大差值仅为混凝土抗拉强度的3.15%,所造成的效果差异在实际工程中可以忽略。施加锚索预应力后,墩墙上半部分加固区域应力变化较大,最大应力均位于锚索钢垫板位置。两种工序下,墩墙所受压应力均从钢垫板处向中间显著衰减,墩中部压应力无明显变化,表明锚索对中部区域施加预应力效果不明显。本研究为工程施工决策提供了理论依据,也可为同类水利设施加固施工提供参考。Based on the general finite element software ABAQUS,this study analyzes the effects of two different construction methods on the stress distribution in the concrete of a sluice pier wall during a reservoir reinforcement project:bonding steel plates first and then tensioning prestressed anchor cables,and tensioning prestressed anchor cables first and then bonding steel plates.The analysis also evaluates the effectiveness of applying prestress to the sluice pier wall using prestressed anchor cables.The results show that the stress in the sluice pier wall with steel plates bonded first is slightly lower than that in the pier with steel plates bonded later.The maximum stress difference between the two procedures is only 3.15%of the concrete tensile strength,indicating that the effect difference can be ignored in practical engineering.After applying prestress with anchor cables,the stress in the reinforced area of the upper part of the sluice pier wall changes significantly,with the maximum stress located at the position of the steel bearing plate of the anchor cable.Under both procedures,the compressive stress in the sluice pier wall significantly attenuates from the steel bearing plate towards the middle,with no significant change in compressive stress in the middle part of the pier.This indicates that the prestress applied by the anchor cables has no obvious effect on the middle region.This study provides a theoretical basis for construction decision-making and can serve as a reference for similar reinforcement projects in hydraulic structures.
