摘  要:为研究中山港海堤工程混凝土材料在掺加PVA纤维改良后的宏观力学特征,设计了NaCl侵蚀环境的力学试验,对改良混凝土试样的力学特征以及能量演化进行了对比探讨。研究认为,围压对改良混凝土试样的应变特征影响高于PVA纤维掺量因素;当纤维掺量愈多,虽然总体上应力水平在提高,但在掺量高于1.5%后,增长进入缓慢期。侵蚀环境下NaCl含量在15~30 g/L与35~40 g/L两个区间内,分别具有不同的应变破坏特点,侵蚀作用愈强,则试样承载应力被削弱愈明显,围压增强后,可限制侵蚀作用对承载能力的削弱。加载破坏过程中,弹性应变能、耗散能的变化可分为4个阶段,其中侵蚀作用对第2阶段的弹性应变能、第4阶段的耗散能增长影响最显著。研究结果对相似海防工程混凝土材料的设计及力学试验具有一定参考意义。In order to study the macroscopic mechanical characteristics of concrete materials for the Zhongshan Port seawall project improved by adding PVA fibers,mechanical tests were designed in a NaCl erosion environment,and the mechanical characteristics and energy evolution of the improved concrete samples were compared and discussed.Research suggests that confining pressure has a greater impact on the strain characteristics of improved concrete specimens than the PVA fiber content factor;As the fiber content increases,although the overall stress level increases,the growth enters a slow period after the content reaches 1.5%.Under the erosive environment,the NaCl content in the two ranges of 15~30g/L and 35~40g/L has different strain failure characteristics.The stronger the erosive effect,the more significant the weakening of the bearing stress of the sample.After the confining pressure is increased,the weakening of the bearing capacity by the erosive effect can be limited.During the loading and failure process,the changes in elastic strain energy and dissipated energy can be divided into four stages,among which erosion has the most significant impact on the growth of elastic strain energy in the second stage and dissipated energy in the fourth stage.The research results have certain reference significance for the design of similar coastal defense engineering concrete materials and concrete mechanical tests.
