摘  要:随着工业化的深入发展和生态环境保护要求的提高,机电工程设备管理逐渐转向绿色高效的理念。文章基于绿色水务理念,采用物联网技术对机电设备进行全方位监控,实现精细化管理,逐步替代传统的人工监测方式;结合高效能量回收利用系统,通过对多项设备运行参数进行优化设置,达到减少能耗、提升能效的目的;针对典型工业企业使用的高耗能机电设备,采用先进的变频调速技术与智能控制算法,经采集250台设备超过1年的运行数据进行分析,结果显示,整体能耗降低了15%~20%,在满足工程需求的同时碳排放显著降低;还依托案例分析揭示了技术实施的经济与环境双重效益,验证了节能技术在绿色水务领域的实际应用价值;并对机电设备的节能潜力进行了预测,展望了未来技术发展趋势和推广应用前景。With the deepening of industrialization and the improvement of ecological environment protection,the management of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment is gradually shifting towards the concept of green and efficient.The article is based on the concept of green water management and adopts Internet of Things technology to comprehensively monitor mechanical and electrical equipment,achieving refined management and gradually replacing traditional manual monitoring methods;By combining efficient energy recovery and utilization systems and optimizing the operating parameters of multiple devices,the goal of reducing energy consumption and improving energy efficiency is achieved;For high energy consuming electromechanical equipment used in typical industrial enterprises,advanced variable frequency speed regulation technology and intelligent control algorithms were adopted to analyze the operating data of about 250 devices for more than one year.The results showed that the overall energy consumption decreased by 15%~20%,significantly reducing carbon emissions while meeting engineering needs;Furthermore,relying on case analysis,the dual economic and environmental benefits of technology implementation were revealed,and the practical application value of energy-saving technology in the field of green water management was verified;And the energy-saving potential of electromechanical equipment was predicted,and the future technological development trends and broad prospects for promotion and application were discussed.
