摘　　要：提升地膜科学使用和回收利用水平,可有效防控农田“白色污染”。结合辽宁省试点项目区域特点,探索直接补助、间接补助、以旧换新补助等方式及流程,以期为构建加厚高强度地膜科学使用回收试点项目资金补助方案提供思路。Improving the scientific use and recycling level of mulching film can effectively prevent and control"white pollution"in farmland.Combined with the regional characteristics of the pilot project in Liaoning Province,we explore the modes and processes such as direct subsidy,indirect subsidy and old for new subsidy,so as to provide ideas for constructing pilot project fund subsidy scheme for the scientific use and recycling of thickened high-strength mulch film.
