摘　　要：文章基于节约资源、保护环境及可持续发展的绿色建造理念,探求绿色建造下工程造价管理理论方面的价值定位与实践方面的功能适配,阐述构建“调本控耗、持家续业”的可持续价值定位,分析强调功能适配的原则及目的,总结绿色建造下工程造价管理的功能适配重点:绿色技术评估与成本分析监控、全生命周期成本核算、风险管理与不确定性考量、环境与社会效益的量化与价值体现、供应链管理与绿色材料采购优化,为探索工程造价管理理论及实践发展提供参考。Based on the concept of green construction that saves resources,protects the environment,and promotes sustainable development,this article explores the theoretical value positioning and practical functional adaptation of engineering cost management under green construction.It elaborates on the construction of a sustainable value positioning of "adjusting costs,controlling consumption,and sustaining the family and business",analyzes the principles and purposes of functional adaptation,and summarizes the key points of functional adaptation in engineering cost management under green construction:green technology evaluation and cost analysis monitoring,full life cycle cost accounting,risk management and uncertainty consideration,quantification and value reflection of environmental and social benefits,and supply chain management and optimization of green material procurement.It provides a reference for exploring the theoretical and practical development of the engineering cost management.
