摘　　要：在市政管网项目中,通常采用车载移动柴油发电机组提供管道施工中的电力供应,其台班数量多以业主单位签证的形式进行确认,由于施工地点不固定,实施过程随着管道敷设进度动态变化不利于监管,因此常出现台班签证数量上的争议,如果加之与签证相关的支持性资料的完整性与可靠性不足,就给咨询工作带来了难题。文章以某市政供热管网工程为例,在资料缺乏的情况下,以管道施工工艺与定额组成分析为切入点,基于焊接工艺评定过程资料、焊缝无损检测报告的研究,在结合施工现场条件进行合理假设的基础上,推算出柴油发电机净台班数量,并通过换算、修正后,预估出予以初步确认的台班数量,化被动为主动,促成相关方提供并完善相关资料。文章最后总结了推算方法研究的意义与不足,供业内人士在咨询工作中参考。In municipal pipeline projects,vehicle mounted mobile diesel generator sets are usually used to provide power supply during pipeline construction.The number of shifts is often confirmed by the owner's unit's certification.Due to the unstable construction site,the implementation process dynamically changes with the progress of pipeline laying,which is not conducive to supervision.Disputes over the number of shift certifications often arise.If the completeness and reliability of supporting documents related to certifications are insufficient,this poses a challenge for consulting work.Taking a municipal heating pipeline network project as an example,in the absence of sufficient data,this article takes the analysis of pipeline construction technology and quota composition as the starting point.Based on the research of welding process evaluation process data and non-destructive testing reports of welds,and on the basis of reasonable assumptions combined with construction site conditions,the net number of diesel generator shifts is calculated.After conversion and correction,the estimated number of shifts to be preliminarily confirmed is obtained.Transforming passivity into proactivity,facilitating relevant parties to provide and improve relevant information,and finally summarizing the significance and shortcomings of the research on calculation methods for reference by industry professionals in consulting work.
