摘 要:深圳宝龙专精特新产业园项目是特区建工集团下属公司投资的首个“工业上楼”项目,该项目2、3栋厂房为装配式建筑,文章对装配式厂房标准层成本构成进行分析,探究装配式成本过高的原因,为其他装配式厂房提供成本数据参考及经验借鉴,除了对比装配式构件与现浇构件含量与成本外,还对比了相关措施费(模板和塔吊)及工期,装配式“工业上楼”厂房成本较现浇厂房增加合计146.39元/m^(2)。The Shenzhen Baolong Specialized and New Industrial Park Project is the first "Industry Upstairs" project invested by a subsidiary of the Special Economic Zone Construction and Engineering Group.The 2nd and 3rd factory buildings of this project are prefabricated buildings.This article analyzes the cost composition of the standard floor of the prefabricated factory buildings,explores the reasons for the excessively high cost of prefabrication,and provides cost data references and experience for other prefabricated factory buildings.In addition to comparing the content and cost of prefabricated components with cast-in-place components,it also includes a comparison of relevant measurement costs(formwork and tower cranes) and construction periods.The cost of prefabricated "Industry Upstairs" factory buildings has increased by a total of 146.39 yuan/square meter compared to cast-in-place factory buildings.
