摘　　要：In an aging society,the interface design of smart home products is crucial to the quality of life of the elderly.This paper combines Quality Function Deployment(QFD)and Human-Computer Interaction(HCI)theories,taking smart washing machines as an example,to explore new paths for the interface design of smart home products for the elderly.An interdisciplinary approach is adopted to construct a design process centered on elderly users,introduce the Kano model to classify requirements,realize the mapping and sorting of requirements to design parameters,and adopt the PUGH model for comprehensive evaluation.This study provides practical and theoretical support for the interface design of smart home products for the elderly.
