摘 要:针对镁钙质耐火材料烧结难、抗渣渗透性差等问题,以镁钙砂为主要原料,乙酸钡为钡源添加剂,制备镁钙质耐火材料。研究乙酸钡加入量(外加质量分数为0、3.5%、7%、10%)对其物相组成、显微结构、主要物理性能及抗渣渗透性的影响。结果表明:1)乙酸钡分解的BaO促进了MgO、CaO晶粒的发育长大,同时BaO与CaO及镁钙砂中SiO_(2)杂质反应生成Ba_(1.55)Ca_(0.45)SiO_(4),填充孔隙,促进烧结,提高了材料的致密性与力学性能;2)与熔渣相互作用过程中,颗粒间的Ba_(1.55)Ca_(0.45)SiO_(4)固溶熔渣中的Ca^(2+)形成Ba_(0.48)Ca_(1.52)SiO_(4),提高了渗透层附近熔渣的黏度,抑制了熔渣向耐火材料内部渗透,增强了镁钙质耐火材料的抗渣渗透能力;3)当乙酸钡外加量为7%(w)时,材料的综合性能最好。In order to solve the problems of difficult sintering and poor resistance to slag penetration of magnesia-calcia refractories,magnesia-calcia specimens were prepared by magnesia-calcia sand as the main raw materials and barium acetate as the additive.The effects of the barium acetate addition(0,3.5%,7%,and 10%,by mass) on the phase composition,microstructure,main physical properties and slag penetration resistance of the magnesia-calcia refractories were studied.The results show that:(1)BaO decomposed from barium acetate promotes the growth of MgO and CaO grains,and reacts with CaO and SiO_(2) impurities in magnesia-calcium sand to generate Ba_(1.55)Ca_(0.45)SiO_(4) at the same time,which fills pores,promotes sintering,and enhances the densification and mechanical properties of the materials;(2)in the process of interaction with slag,Ba_(1.55)Ca_(0.45)SiO_(4) between particles solubilizes Ca^(2+) in the slag to form Ba_(0.48)Ca_(1.52)SiO_(4),which improves the slag viscosity near the penetration layer,inhibits the penetration of slag into the material,and strengthens the slag penetration resistance of the magnesia-calcia refractories;(3)the material with 7% barium acetate exhibits the optimal comprehensive performance.
